Amin Fathi
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Amin, a Chartered Certified Accountant, graduated from the University of Manchester in 2024 with a master’s degree in business analysis and strategic management. With a strong foundation in financial management and strategic planning, Amin gained significant experience working with financial firms and research-focused small enterprises. His work spanned multiple industries, with a particular focus on supporting scientific projects, which gave him a nuanced understanding of the intersection between finance and innovation.
In August 2024, Amin co-founded Innovarus and assumed the role of Co-Owner and Director. Since then, he has served as the administrative lead, steering the company’s operations and growth in the UK. Under his leadership, Innovarus has pursued its mission to advance cutting edge solutions, with a focus on innovation-driven initiatives that align with the company’s strategic vision. Amin’s expertise in strategy and management has been instrumental in positioning Innovarus as a key player in its sector.

Iman Fathi
Co-founder and Chief & Marketing and Sales Officer
Iman earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Shahid Beheshti, where he developed strong analytical and technical skills. During his studies, he gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Varian Pharmed, advancing from patient support to managing the Acromegaly sector, where he led a team and built strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Pursuing his passion for strategy and communication, Iman completed a master’s degree in marketing at the University of Manchester, where he focused on market research, digital marketing, and understanding the UK pharmaceutical market, including roles of MHRA, NHS and NICE and UK pharmaceutical regulations. His studies were complemented by practical entrepreneurial insights gained through coursework on business creation and development.
As Co-Owner and Director of Innovarus, Iman leverages his technical and analytical background alongside his marketing expertise to drive the company’s market strategy and outreach efforts, ensuring Innovarus remains at the forefront of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Saeid Bazraei
Co-founder & Chief Scientific Officer
Saeid holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in Polymer Engineering, where his academic focus was on the characteristics and applications of polymers in extended-release drug delivery systems. His master’s research on long acting injectable formulations provided him with deep expertise in advanced drug delivery techniques and hands-on experience in formulation development.
With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry across R&D, Quality Control, production, and business development, Saeid has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of long acting injectable technologies. His multidisciplinary background equips him to expertly handle formulation development, regulatory compliance, and market strategy.
As Co-Owner and Director of Innovarus, Saeid leads the company’s research and development efforts, driving innovation in extended release drug delivery systems to deliver impactful healthcare solutions and improve patient outcomes.
